Ownership of goods supplied passes to the purchaser as soon as payment is received in full. by SAARINEN shall not be held liable for any damage, injury or loss sustained from the misuse of our products. All instruction must be read prior to the use of the product.

Shipping Information & delivery times

Free shipping for the lowest rate parcels to EU countries, plus Norway and Switzerland!

Stock items and smaller products will be dispatched within 1 weeks from ordering. Bigger furnitures and customized orders will be dispatched within 6-8 weeks from ordering.

We use Finnish post, matkahuolto and UPS as our courier. Delivery times depends on the distance and service provider. If you are in a hurry, please contact us and we will find the best solution for your order. You will receive a tracking code via email when your order has shipped. The code enables you to track the order and make arrangements to accept your product when it arrives.

Returns

Customized orders may not be cancelled, refunded, or returned.  Please take care to confirm all the details of your order prior to purchase, as the production process begins upon your payment.

For stock items, we will accept returns if they are initiated within 7 days of delivery.  Costs associated with return shipping are the responsibility of the buyer and buyers must contact us for authorization before attempting to return a purchase. A refund will be issued only after the purchased item has been returned unused and in good, saleable condition. Please send in original packaging, as returns cannot be accepted if improper packaging causes damage to goods during return transit.

Please note, great care is taken when packaging to safeguard against breakage or scratches. Photograph the inside and outside of the box and keep all contents and packaging for returns and claim purposes. Please contact us within five days of the arrival of your package for instructions.
